The principle of Fibroblast plasma is to ionize gasses in the air to create a minute electric arc, with which dermal and epidermal areas that are affected by aesthetic problems can be treated without spreading unwanted heat to surrounding areas. When the electric arc (plasma) touches the surface of the skin, the generated heat is transferred to the epidermis until it reaches the papillary layer that contains the fibroblast cells. The result is the contraction and hardening of the skin cells. Consequently, excess skin is reduced and the result is comparable to skin reduction or lifting.
